Frequently Asked Questions - Delivery, Payments, Orders

Q: Will you do all of my shopping for me? 
A:
 We will provide all your grocery needs while you are on vacation or a local resident!! Our inventory is extensive and special orders can be made for items not in our inventory. We supply all paper and cleaning products, condiments, drinks, snacks, cooking staples, etc. We deal only with the finest and freshest. We purchase our seafood from local fishermen and supply only Grade A USDA Beef, Poultry and Pork.

     Q: Will everything be at my Rental Home or local residence when I arrive? 
A:
 Deliveries are made the day of arrival for Vacationers or the time you pick for locals, between the hours of 10 am and 8 pm. Every effort is made to complete deliveries by the time you check in or the hour you pick for local delivery.

     Q: How much does OBG service cost? 
A:
 Vacationers: We personally select, purchase, deliver and store all of your grocery selections for you for a nominal 15% (of total dollar amount) provisioning fee, with $45.00 ( on orders less than 300.00) being the minimum. 
A: Local Delivery: A flat delivery fee of $15.00 plus grocery cost and tax.

     Q: If I don't find everything I need on OBG shopping list, can I add extras? 
A:
 We have tried to make our shopping list as comprehensive as possible. If there is anything special you want that is not covered, just make a note of it and we'll make every effort to fill your request.

     Q: If I have special dietary restrictions, can OBG accommodate me? 
A:
 We will make every effort to adhere to any specifics you request. We can handle almost any dietary need

     Q: What if I don't order enough? 
A:
 We do provisioning only on your arrival date for vacationers and the day you pickfor local delivery, so please order carefully. If your need during the week is substantial and economically feasible for us to deliver, we will try to accommodate you. Just give us a call.

     Q: What if I order too much? 
A:
 We do not keep stock of any provisions, everything is purchased fresh as indicated on your order. This means that none of the items are returnable, if not used. Please make your selection carefully.
